Talent Acquisition Partner: This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (i.e.: Recruiter Extraordinaire) who will support our business growth by bringing in the rockstars to make it happen. As a sourcing expert, you’ll be responsible for hunting for those needles in the haystack using a combination of tried-and-true and cutting-edge sourcing techniques. As a recruiting expert, you’ll administer the screening, interview and selection processes for professional & technical positions. You’ll also act as a brand ambassador, enhancing our social presence, representing us at career fairs and networking within our industry. In your spare time, you’ll help on a variety of small and major HR initiatives that will be fun, challenging, and make a giant impact. The Talent Acquisition Partner role reports to Kevin Blum/HR Director on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have…

  • A track record of delivering aggressive/proactive sourcing leads, healthy relationship building, screening and interviewing skills that dig far below the surface
  • Expertise leveraging ATS systems and recruitment marketing techniques
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience
  • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
